01 What We Collect
We collect only what's necessary to provide our services:
- Email address — provided at checkout to deliver your order and send transactional confirmations.
- Name — provided during checkout for order processing and personalized delivery.
- Documents & content — files or text you submit for AI personalization (resumes, plans, prompts, etc.).
- Basic usage data — standard server logs including IP address, browser type, and pages visited. Used for security and uptime monitoring only.
- Payment information — processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
02 How We Use It
- Process your order — fulfill the product or service you purchased.
- Deliver your results — send completed AI-personalized outputs to your email or on-screen.
- Send transactional emails — order confirmations and delivery notifications.
- Improve our AI services — aggregate, anonymized analysis of common requests to improve product quality. We do not use your personal documents for this.
- Fraud prevention & security — protect our platform and customers from abuse.
03 What We Don't Do
- We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.
- We do not send marketing emails without your explicit consent.
- We do not use third-party advertising networks or ad pixels on our site.
- We do not track you across other websites.
- We do not train AI models on your submitted documents.
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not use your conversations or documents to train AI models.
- We do not share your usage data with AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI) beyond what is required to process your requests.
- We do not monitor conversation content unless investigating a reported violation of our Terms of Service or responding to a valid legal request.
04 Agent Conversations
Your AI agent conversations are private. We store your conversation history to provide session continuity but do not read, analyze, or share the content of your conversations. Automated systems monitor agent health (memory usage, uptime) but do not process conversation content.
- Private by default — your agent sessions are not reviewed by Fulcrum Digital staff except when you contact support about a specific issue.
- Not used for training — conversation history is never used to train AI models, yours or anyone else's.
- Not shared — your conversation content is not shared with other customers, third parties, or AI providers beyond what is strictly required to process your requests.
- Retention — we retain conversation history for up to 90 days after account cancellation, after which it is permanently deleted. Contact us to request earlier deletion.
05 Law Enforcement & Legal Requests
We do not voluntarily provide your data to law enforcement or government agencies. If we receive a valid legal request (subpoena, court order, or other lawful process), we will:
- Review it for legal sufficiency before complying
- Notify you of the request where legally permitted
- Comply only with the minimum required by law
- Push back on requests we believe are overbroad or legally deficient
We believe you have a right to know when your data is being sought, and we will advocate for that right within legal limits.
06 Document Processing
When you submit documents or content for AI personalization:
- Your document is processed by our AI systems to generate your personalized output.
- Uploaded files are deleted within 30 days of submission.
- We do not store your documents long-term or use them to train AI models.
- Documents are not shared with third parties except as necessary to deliver the service (e.g., Anthropic's Claude API, which operates under its own privacy policy and data handling terms).
- If you need your document data deleted sooner, email us and we'll remove it within 5 business days.
07 Email Communications
We send transactional emails only:
- Order confirmation when payment is received.
- Delivery notification when your product is ready.
- Support replies if you contact us.
We will never send you promotional or marketing emails unless you explicitly opt in. You can request removal from any list at any time by emailing [email protected].
08 Cookies
We use basic session cookies only — the minimum required to make checkout work. Specifically:
- Session state for the checkout flow.
- Stripe's own cookies for payment processing security.
We do not use tracking cookies, analytics pixels, Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, or any third-party advertising cookies.
09 Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of all data we hold about you.
- Deletion — request deletion of your account and all associated data.
- Portability — request an export of your conversation history in a machine-readable format.
- Correction — request correction of inaccurate personal information.
To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We'll respond within 5 business days.
10 Refund Policy
We stand behind our work. Here's how refunds work for each product type:

| Digital Downloads | All sales are final once the file has been delivered. Because digital files cannot be "returned," we do not offer refunds after delivery. If you did not receive your file, contact us within 48 hours and we'll resend it immediately. |
| AI Personalization Services | If the AI-personalized result is clearly defective, incomplete, or unrelated to your submission, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will either redo the work at no cost or issue a full refund — your choice. |
| Agent Sessions | If your agent session crashed and was not restored within 2 hours, you are eligible for a full refund. Contact us with your order ID and session details. |
